Tilly: Today I went to Croatian school in Blato it was a big opportunity for me to go to school in a different country to start the day off Diana which she is a school teacher she picked me up so I hoped into her car and we started to drive but the seat belts were not working when we got to the school I was as nervous as Nemo seeing a shark. So I walked in with a zillion different people looking at me Diana said to me to wait outside while she got her classes work.I was really embarrassed because I was with a teacher but any way the bell rang and me and Diana went to our class.Diana said to me that she said yesterday to one of her pupils (who were Australian) Nicolas when we got there he had a huge smile on his face looking at me and then the teacher said this is Nicolas so we started work I just sat there like a bad smell but then the teacher said to me you can make an apron. So I made an apron with a picture of me. Also everyone in my class signed it Then it was lunch I had crus kits.Every girl in my class was fighting to hold my hand after all they are only 7.I felt uncomfortable with them holding my hand but I didn't want to say anything.Anyway everyone was offering me things to eat and everyone was showing me where the toilet was.First we had Croatian then Religion then math and English it was a day I would never forget. After that we had to pick up Lucia and then got to the shopping center. When we got home me and Lucia helped with lunch/dinner it was Spanish pie and vegetable soup. The soup was super.Pietra came over and we played until we had to go.Well I hoped you liked reading my story love you dida.
Back to me:
We will miss the warmth of the beautiful people of Korcula. For a few days we had family who looked after us and provided experiences we would never of had. Nothing was too much bother despite us feeling at times we were. We had a million dollar view with the only sound of lapping water competing for our attention. K wants to stay longer but places are booked and time is running out so it's back to just the four of us. Tomorrow is a huge day. Up at 4am as we head for Sarajevo, Bosnia.
1. A bay in Prigradica
2. Marija, Karinne, Lucia, Dijana and Tilly
3. Where K's Grandmother and great grandmother lived in Blato
